Bulletin: As of January 2, 2009 the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department will no longer be serving non-enforcement process. These processes include, but are not limited to:

Citations, Claim and Order to go to Court (Small Claims), Landlord Notice, Civil Subpoenas, Notice of Motion, Summons and Complaint (or petition), Out-of-state Process, Order to show cause, or any other non-enforcement process not listed.
